  • How do I book a workshop?

    You can book a workshop directly through our website by selecting your desired session and completing the checkout process. For private or corporate bookings, please use the contact form on our Private Workshop page.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.​

Workshop Details

  • What should I bring to the workshop?

    All necessary materials and tools are provided—just bring yourself and an open mind! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little messy, as some of the activities involve paints, oils, or natural materials.

  • How long do the workshops last?

    Workshop durations vary depending on the activity, typically ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Specific timings are mentioned on each workshop's booking page.​

  • Will I take home what I create?

    Yes, you'll leave with your handcrafted item, whether it's an aroma bottle, incense cones, a piece of art, or any other creation made during the workshop.​

Private and Corporate Workshops

  • Do you offer private workshops?

    Absolutely! We provide tailor-made wellness workshops for groups and organizations, including corporate teams, schools, healthcare facilities, and special occasions. These sessions are designed to promote mental wellness, relaxation, and team bonding.​

  • How can I book a private or corporate workshop?

    Please visit our Private Workshop page and fill out the contact form with your details and requirements. Our team will get in touch to discuss and arrange a suitable session for your group.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • What is your cancellation policy if I need to cancel my booking?

    If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.

  • What happens if I don’t show up to my workshop?

    If you do not attend your scheduled session and haven’t contacted us in advance, we’re unable to provide a refund. We recommend reaching out as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • What if the workshop is cancelled by Wellness Arts NT?

    If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason, you’ll be notified promptly. You’ll have the choice to attend a rescheduled session or receive a full refund.

  • How do I request a refund and how long does it take?

    To request a refund, email us at wellness.arts.nt@gmail.com with your booking details. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
