At Wellness Arts NT, we strive to provide the best experience for our participants. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and clear to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Cancellation by Participants

1. Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before the Event:

   - If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled workshop or session, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellation Within 7 Days of the Event:

   - Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.

   - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

3. No Show:

   - If you do not attend the scheduled workshop or session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Wellness Arts NT

1. Rescheduling or Cancellation:

   - In the unlikely event that Wellness Arts NT needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop or session, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

   - Participants will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.

2. Low Enrollment:

   - If a workshop or session is canceled due to low enrollment, participants will receive a full refund.

Refund Process

1. Requesting a Refund:

   - To request a refund, please contact us via email at wellness.arts.nt@gmail.com with your booking details.

2. Processing Time:

   - Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the request.

3. Payment Method:

   - Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

Special Considerations

1. Medical or Family Emergencies:

   - In the case of a medical or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may offer a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.

2. Gift Certificates:

   - Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or used for a different workshop or session.
